Walker, Johnston and Barnes ;
The following Resolutions were duly presented, seconded and unanimously

adopted :-
Resolved, that we , the County Commissioners , agree on behalf of Wash-
ington County, to contribute 2 Q towards- improvement of highway situate in
South Franklin Twp, as set forth in petition from Supervisors of said Township,
said -road being as follows ;--beginning at end of improved road on Vankirk faun
and extending to Ten kilie Creek at platers Farm and beginning at end of- improved
road at Andrews farm thence via Elliott Farm to Ten Mile Creek Road at Cracraft
Bridge, a distance of about 8400 feet and 6600 feet, respectfully; And
Resolved, that we, the County Commissioners, agree on behalf of the
County of Washington, to contribute 5000 towards improvement of highway situate
in Canton Township, as set forth in petition from Supervisors of Canton Twp, said
road being as follows ; beginning at intersection of Teirich and Hayes Avenues ,
thence,N. on Hayes Avenue to Green Street, thence westward on Green Street to
Caldwell Avenue, thence along Caldwell Avenue to Hayes Avenue to the City line
of Washington, Pa. , about 5280 in length; And

Resolved, that we, the County Commissioners , agree on behalf of the
County of Washington, to contribute 5XV towards improvement of highway situate
I in Buffalo Township, as set forth in petition from Supervisors of Buffalo Twp. ,
I
said road being as follows ; Beginning at the John Burke farm on red dog road and
extending east to the South Franklin Twp line at the A. J. Mounts farm, a dis-
tance of about 10560 feet; And

Resolved, that we, the County Commissioners , having petition before

! us from the Supervisors of Robinson Twp, asking for aid under the Act of kay 11,

1911, for the construction of a section of highway in said Twp, as follows;--
BEGIMNG at a point on the McDonald-Primrose Road at the Lutheran Church property
and extending northwardly via the Shaw Mine Road a distance of two miles , more
i
or less----agree to pay one-fourth of the costs of said improvement to the
,,o,,�monwealth of Pennsylvania .
There being no further business , the Board adjourne
