Corrmissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs.
Walker, Johnston and Barnes.
The following Resolution was presents duly seconded and unanimously
adopted;-
RESOLVED. that in the matter of the construction of an improved
Joint State-Aid Highway in the Township of Peters * situated at a point about
1000 feet southwest of the Canonsburg Citizens Water Company"s Dam, to the Me-
lEurray Road, a distance of 6330 feet, more or less , the County of 'Washington,
through its Board of County lommissioners $, enter into a Bond unto State Highway
Department, to save, indemnify and keep harmless from all suits , actions or
penalties by reason of the said improvemebt, the said State Highway Department,
and to sign and execute said Bond as aforesaid*
There being no further business , the Board adjourned
