Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Walker,
Johnston and Barnes;
The following Resolution was presented, duly seconded and adopted;-
WHEREAS, the supervisors of Peters Township, have presented petitions
to this Board, setting forth that two certain sections of highway in said Town-
ship are in need of improvement, and wishing to avail themselves of the pro-
visions of the Act of Assembly of May 11, 1921, and asking for aid for the con-
struction thereof, now, therefore , be it
RESOLVED, that the County of Washington appropriate for the construction
of that section of highway in Peters Township, situate as follows ; BEGINNING
at Bower Hill and extending South towards Thomas brick road, a distance of 5280

feet, the sum of $2500# from current revenues and for the construction of that
section of highway in Peters Township, situate as follows ;--BEGINNING at Hill's
bridge and extending South to Thompsonvilles a distance of 5280 feet, the sum of
$2500, from current revenues ; these appropriations made in accordance with the
Act of Aasembly in such case made and provided, and construction of said high-
ways to be in accordance therewith.
TARE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS, the Board adjourned.
