Board of County Commissioners in regular session, each member having
had personal notice of meeting, members present being Messrs, Walker, Johnston
and Barnes.
The following Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Washington, relative to the issue by the said County of Washington
in temporary loans was presented, duly seconded and unanimously adopted by said
Board, to-wit;-
WHEPJM) it has become necessary for said Board to borrow the sum of
#25,000 for the purpose of meeting current expenses for the year 1928 and for
which takes have been levied but not yet paid into the County Treaouxyp now,
Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of the said County
of Washington, for the purpose of providing funds. for the payment of current
expenses ; -the proper officers of the said County are hereby authorized and
directed to negotiate temporary loans and issue Notes therefor, payable on
demand, with interest from date, said Notes to be negotiated and issued an follows
First Bank and Trust Company $25t000
and that the said Notes are to be paid otW�hf the first funds available from
taxes that have been levied for the current year of 1928.
There being no further business before the Board adjourned,
