The following resolution was presented, duly seconded and adopted;
,,BERFAS, the section of highway in Buffalo Township, Washington
County, Pa. , being about 900 feet in length, more or less , and situated
as follows ; Taylorstown--ClayBville Ridge Road, BEGINNING at the Donegal
Township line and extending 990 feet, more- orlless , to the Donegal Town-
ship line, is in need of improvement, and
WHEREAS, the Township of buffalo desires to take advantage of the
Act approved June 12, 1919: as amenaed, etc. , and
'7MREASs there has been presented to the County Commissioners
a -petition from the Supervisors of Buffalo Township, setting forth that said
section of road is in need of improvement and that said Township desires to
take advantage of the Act of April 10, 1921, as amended, etc. , now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the ,I fCommissioners of Washington County, agree
on behalf' of said County, to contribute $3000 per mile from current revenues ,
towards the improvement of highway specified, in accordance with provisions
of said Act, as amended, etc.

W51]EREAS, the section of highway in Donegal Township, Washington
County, Pa. , being about 5280 feet in length, and situated as follows :
Taylorstown-Claysville Ridge Road beginning at the Blaine Township line and
extending to the Buffalo Township line, one mile more or less in Donegal
Township; to be completed in 1920, is in need of improvements and
AREAS, there has been presented to the County Commissioners a
Petition from the Supervisors of Donegal Township, setting forth that sec-
tion of road is in need of improvement and that said Township desires to take
advantage of the Act of March 10, 1921, etc. * now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Commissioners of Washington County, agree on
behalf of said County, to contribute $3000 per mile from current revenues ,
towards the improvement of highway specified, in accordance with provisions
of said Act, etc.
