Commissioners' in regular session, members present being Messrs :balker, Jolihatz4i and.Barnes, The following Resolutions were presented, duly seconded and adopted;- 7BEREAS, there has been presented to the County Commissioners a �eiil}6h from the Supervisors of Nottingham Township, representing that a see- ti on of highway in said 'Township,i g y g, situated as follows Beginning at the Railroad j crossing on Road known as Junction-Hill road and extending South a distance of iapproximately 2640 feet, is in need of improvement and that said Township de- sires to take advantage of the provisions of the Act Approved June 12, 1919, therefore , BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Commissioners agree on behalf of said' County to contribute -10 of cost not to exceed . 2 00 per mile from current funds towards the improvement of said highway specified in application of said Township------ and j TREAS there has been presented to the County Commissioners a petition from the Supervisors of Nottingham Township, representing that a section of highway in said Township, situated as follows ; Beginning at Election House on the Sugar Run Road and extending North 1320 feet, is in need of im- provement and t'riat the said Township desires to take advantage of the provisions k of the Act approved June 12, 1919, therefore, I ' 731 MINUTE BOOK BOARD OF- COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA JAMES W. BARNES, COMMISSIONERS BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Commissioners agree on behalf of said County, to contribute 1/3 of costs , not to exceed-",2500 per mile , from current funds towards the improvement of said highway specified in application of said Township--- and ITHEREAS, there has been presented to the Cou y Commissioners a petition from the Supervisors of Nottingham Township, representing that a section of highway in said Township, situated, as follows ; Beginning at Venetia Bridge and extending up the Cooper Hill -1320 feet, is in need of improvement and that the said Township desires to take advantage of the provisions of the 'Act ap- proved June 12, 1919, therefore, BE IT- RESOLVED, that the County Commissioners agree on behalf of said County, to contribute 1/3 of cost, not to exceed $2500 per mile, from current funds , towards the improvementof said highway specified in application of said Township.
