Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs . Walker,
Johnston and Barnes.
The following Resolution was presented, duly seconded and unanimously
adopted;
RESOLVED, That that portion of the public road beginning at Lethermants
Cross, Roads and extending Northeastwardly, to State Highway Route 268, a distance
of 7631 feet, more or less, in East Pike Run Township, be presented the Grand
JurY* ,by direction of the Court, for its approval, the same as a County road.
There being no further businessbbefore the Board, it was adjourned.
