Commissioners ,in regular session, members present being Messrs . Walker,
Johnston and Barnes ;
Motion by Mr. Johnston, seconded by Mr. Barnes , that contract for con-
struction of Bavington Arch Bridge be awarded to Vurdy & Sanders # at their bid
of $20t462.63, as submitted on July 31, 1928, and that the contract for construc-
tion of the Deems-Bentleyville Road be awarded to the Ross Construction Company,
at its bid of $47,846.00, as submitted on July 31, 1928, and that the County
Controller be directed to return certified chee-ke to the unsuccessful bidders on
these two projects . Motion carried.
There being no further business , The Board adjourned.

Motion by Mr. Barnes , seconded by Mr. Johnston' that Earl Amos be
authorized to deliver the Assessment Books and supplies to assessors for the
1929 assessment, at the rate of $1.00 per district.
There being no further business before the Board, it was adjourned.
