BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

Washington, Pa., Oct. 11, 1928.
Joint meeting of County Commissioners and County Controller held
in office of County Commissioners to take action regarding proposal submitted
by Reed Air Filter Company for installation of air filtering system for use
in county buildings; members present, Messrs. Johnston and Barnes and Underwood;
Motion by Mr. Barnes, seconded by Mr. Johnston, that the proposal of
the Reed Air Filter Company be accepted and Company so notified; the proposal
being as follows; --to supply 95 Reed Air Filters with filter frames required;
Also,, I steam cleaning tank., 1 recharging tank,, 1-55 gal. Drum Adhesine charg-
ing liquick and 100 Reed cleaning compound, at price of $2850.00) F. 0. B.
Louisville, Ky., terms, 1,� ten days, or thirty days nwt; and, further, that
Brice Brothers, Washington,, be given contract to furnish sheet metal work in
connection with installation of Reed Air Filter System, at price submitted,
to -wit, $480.00. Motion carried.

Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs.
Walker, Johnston and Barnes.
Motion by Mr. Johnston., seconded by Mr. Barnes., that County Controller
be requested Lo advertise for bids for delivery of ballots and supplies for
the general election of November 6. 1928, to the proper election officers of
the various election districts of Washington County.
There being No further business., the Board adjourned.
