RESOLUTION of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Washington and State of Pennsylvania, amending the resolution heretofore adopted on Januar 2, 1929, relative to the issue by said County of One hundred seventy-five UM Road Improvement Bonds of the denomination of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars each. At a meeting of the said Board of County Commissioners of the County of Washington,, in the State of Pennsylvania, duly called and -helid at the office Of the said Board of County Commissioners at the Court House of.mthe County of Washingto% in the City of Washington,, Pennsylvanig4 on the 17th day of January, 1929 all of the members of said Board, to-wit: W. A. Barnes, J. E. Johnston and �. W. Walker, being present, the following Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, and adopted by the affirmative vote of all of said1hembers of said Board, to-wit: RESOLVED that the resolution adopted January 2, 1929, in so far as it provides for the form of the registration of the bonds, be amended as follows: FORM OF REGISTRATION I HEREBY CERTIFY that at the request of the holder of the within bond for its conversion into a bond registered as J;o both principal and interest, I have this day out off and cancelled coupons attached thereto numbered from to inclusive, for Dollars ($ each, amounting in the aggregate to the sum of Dollars ($ and that the within bond id hereby converted into a registered bond with the prial- 0ipal thereof and semi-annual interest thereon payable to assignee or legal representative. Dated 19 Clerk of County Commissioners. Date of Name of Clerk of Registration Registered Owner County Commissioners.
