Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs.
Barnes, Walker and Johnston.
The following Resolutions were presented, duly seconded and unanimously

adopted;--
W171EREAS, a section of highway in Centerville Borough, about
4000 feet in length, is in need of maintenance and improvement, being situate as
follows;- Beginning at the National Pike near the village of Richeyville and
thence past the Rosefield School, the village of Richeyville and Vesta #4mine
shaft, to the line of West Pike Run Twp., where it connects or continues to the
State concrete road near Deem's Park, and 791EREAS, the Borough Council of
Centreville Borough has presented a petition to the County Commissioners the
above facts and that the said Borough desires to take advantage of the provision3
of the' Act approved June 12 1919, as amended, etc., now, therefore
BE IT RESO LMD,--�hat the said County Commissioners of Washington
County, agree on T�elialf of said County to contribute one-half the construction
cost thereof -towards the improvement of the said highway.

WHEREAS, a section of highway in West Pike Run Township about
3960 feet in length, is in need of maintenance and improvement, being situate
as follows; Richeyville Road from the bridge on the Pike Run Road and ex-
tending towards Richeyville to the Centreville Borough and West kike Run Townshi:)
line, and WHEREAS, the Supervisors of West Pike Run Township have presented a
petition to the County Commissioners setting forth the above facts and that
the said Township desires to take advantage of the provisions of the Act ap-
proved June 12) 1919, as amended, etc., now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the said County Commissioners of
Washington County agree on behalf of said County to contribute one-half of the
construction costs thereof towards the improvement of the said highway.
There being no further business,before the Board, it was
adjourned.
