The following Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of
of Washington, relative to the issue by the said County of $100,000.00 in $
racy loans was presented, duly seconded and unanimously'adopted by said d: to-wi
WHEREAS, it has become necessary for the said Board to borrow the ;
100,000.00 for the purpose of meeting current expenses for which takes ha
