Walker, that the contract for the WATER WORKS ARCH, CHARTIERS CREEK #14 and HOPPER -ARCH , CHARTIERS CREEK #t`3 Ilk be warded as follows:- r W . 9. Arch to P. H. Shaid at his low bid of$19, 885.25; Kopper Arch to J. V. 'The following resolution was presented, duly seconded and adopted:- 'Vdhereas, the Supervisors of Cecil Township desire to take advantage j of the provisions of the Act approved June 12, 1919, as amended, and improve a sec Ition of highway in said Township being about 2 1/2 miles in length and situate as f 6 i follows, beginning at Hendersonville and extending to Peters Township line at I hill's Station; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Commissioners of Washington County, agree on j behalf of said County to contribute $2000 from current revenues towards the im- provement of the section of highway specified in the Township application of Cecil Township, as above indicated. `.There being no further business before the Board, it was adjourned. i i (SIGNED) , iP F County Commissioners. � I f I k
