of the Architect;
RESOLVED:-That the proposal of Matthews -Brothers Manufacturing Company,
of 'Mil,*aukeeo Wis , to do the Cabinet Work in Alterations to Court House* Article
No. 3, according to the plans and specifications dated Allay 25, 1929, hn the sum
of $4,400 is hereby accepted; the work to be paid for upon the Certificate
of the Architect;
RESOLVED:-That the proposal of W. B. killer*' of Washington, Pa. , to do
the -I-'lasterin' g and metal Lath Work in Alterations of the Court house, Article
No. g, according to the plans and specifications dated May 25* 1929, in the sum
of $1200.00 is hereby accepted; the work to be paid for upon certificate of the
Architect;
RESOLVED;-That the proposal of MeVehil Plumbing Company of Washington, Pa. ,
to do the Plutting and Heating in Alterations to Court House, Article No. 7,
according to 'the plans and specifications dated May 250 1929, in the sun of
$477. 00 is hereby accepted; the work to be paid for upon certificate of the
Architect;
RESOLVED;-That the proposal of Star Tiling Company, of P*ttsburgh$ Pa. ,
to do the Li-notile and Tile Work in Alterations to Court House, Article Flo-.
according to the plans and specifications dated 11"ay 25, 1929, in the sum of
$1275.00 is hereby accepted; the work to be paid for upon certificate of the
Architect;
RESOLVED; That the proposal of Washington Wiring Company, of Washington,
Pa. , to do the Electric in Alterations to Court House, Article No. 8# ac-
cording to the plans and specifications dated ""ay 25. 1929, in the sum of $183.00
is hereby accepted; the work to be paid for upon the certificate of the Archi-
teat;
RESOLVED, That the awarding of contract for Movable Furniture in Altera-
tions to Court House , Article No. 4, be deferred until such time as a further
examination and tabulation of bids received might be made and presented to the
Board of County Commissioners .
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Controller be directed to return to unsuccess-
ful bidders, retaining however, the checks of all those who submit"d proposals
on Movable Furniture.
