Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs . Barnes,Walkery
'and. Jdhurt , The following Resolution was presented, duly seconddd and adopted;-
RESOL'M. that the County of Washington make application to the Department
of Highways for the reconstruction or improvement of the section of highway,
beginning at Station 349 plus 50 and extending Northwardly three (3) miles more
or less to the -intersection of this road with State Highway Route 545, being a
part of section of State Highway Route No. 115, in the townships of Cbartiers and
Xt. Pleasant, and that the County agrees to pay to the said Commonwealth fifty
(50) per centum of the total expenses of said Construatioa*
There being no further business before the Board, it was adjourned.
