Highway Dept, Form 442, Serial #2, covering Force Account on the Cass & Otto

Contra*rt, Route 545, section 3, in the amount of $50.00, estimated, as follows ;

Commissioners in regular session, all members present;
The following Resolution was presented, duly seconded and adopted;-
RESOLVED, That the County of Washington agrees to contribute one-half
cost, not to exceed $500.00 per milers toward oiling and chipping approximately
five (5) miles of road, situate in Morris Township, known as the Dunn's Sta-
tion and Craft Creek Road, being about 26400 feet in length, as per petition
presented by the Road Supervisors of Morris Township, asking for aid in the
improvement of said highway, in accordancae with Acts of Assembly in such cases
made and provided.
There being no further business before the Board, it was adjourned.
