Commissioners in regular session, all members present;
The following Resolution was presented, duly seconded and adopted;-
RESOLVED* That the County of Washington contribute the sum of$2500 from
current revenues towards the improvement of a certain highway in Nottingham
Townshipl situate as follows ;-Starting at road on Nelson B&p$ property and
extending to McFeeley Bridge* over Mingo Creeks being about 3600 feet in
length, as per petition presented by the Road Supervisors of Nottingham Town-
ship, asking for aid in the improvement of said highway, in accordance with
Acts of Assembly in such cases made and provided.
here being no further business before the Board, it was adjourned.
