Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Barnes
and Johnston, Mr. 'Walker, having notice of meeting, but absent.
Motion by Mr. Johnston, seconded by Mr. Barnes, that the following
persons be appointed assistants to the Return Board to compute the votes cast
in Washington County at the Fall Primary of 1929, held on Sept 17, 1929; John
McGuffie; Mrs Margaret Busbey; Mrs Grace McCarl; Joseph Forrest; Miss Virginia
Sprowls ; Mrs Daisy Whiting; Mrs Stella Lane; John R. Speicher; the Board to
meeet and begin its sessions at noon of Friday, September 20, 1929. question
called for; voting- "Aye" Messrs. Johnston and Barnes. Notion carried.
There being no further business before the Board, it was 4d4ourned.
