Office of the County Commissioners,
Washington, Pa., December 27, 1929,
Commissioners in regular session., members present being Messrs. Barnes,
Walker and Johnston.
Motion by Mr. Johnsron, seconded b Mr. Walker, that the County of
Washington shall hereby cancel a certain obligation charged on the books against
the Township of Cecil,, in the matter of construction account for the improvement
of the Canonsburg-Venice Road, it being evident that 'the said obligation is
of such nature that its recovery could not be sustained, the amount thereof be-
ing $6501.92, included therein being a charge of $200.75 for truck, loader and
labor, and the further carrying of this account, which is clearly uncolleetible,
but entailing a burden upon the bookkeeping accounts of the County. Motion
carried.

The following Resolution was presented, duly seconded and adopted;*
RESOLVED, that the County of Washington approve State Highway Dept.
additional work order Form Serial No. 3, applying on the Benajmin Franklin Jr.
Contract for construction of Route 519, Section 1, Appl. 4273, as follows:-
