Board of County Commissioners in regular session, each member having had
personal notice of meeting, members present being Messrs. Johnston., Walker
and Barnes.
The following Resolution of the Board of County Uommissioners of the County
of Washington, relative to the issue by the said County of $60,000.00 in tem-
porary loans was presented, duly seconded and unanimously adopted by said Board,
to wit:-
iVUEREAS, it has become necessary,for said Board, to borrow the sum $60,000.00,
for the purpose of meeting current expenses for the year 1930 and for which taxes
have been levied but not yet paid into the County Treasury, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of the said County
of Washington, for the purpose of providing funds for the payment of current
expenses, the proper officers of the said county are hereby authorized to negotiabe
temporary loans and issue Notes therefor, payable on demand, with interest from
date, said Notes to be negotiated and issued as follows:-
First National Bank., Charleroi, $151000.00
First National Bank, Roscoe, 10,000.00
Washington National Bank, Burgettstownf 10,000.00
Monongahela City Trust Co. , Monongahela, 25,000.00
There being no further business before the Board, it was adjourned.
