Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs.
Johnston, Walker and Barnes.
Joint meeting of County Commissioners and County Controller at 11.15
A. M. to open bids for delivery of ballots and suppli es to,prop6r election
officers of Washington County for use at Spring Primary of 1930; present for
County Commissioners, Messrs. Johnston, Walker and Barnes; County Controller
Woodward present; bids from following persons; all being accompanied by cer-
tificied check for 8200 as required, opened and read in presence of County
Commissioners;
Wilda Knestrick, �181.00
T. MZ Bedillion, 178.50
Martin R. Hallam, 250.00
R. F. Vance., 174.00
-�Kotion by Mr. Barnes, seconded by Mr. Walker, that contract for
delivery of ballots and supplies for Spring Primary of 1930 be awarded to R F
Vance, at his low bid of $174, and that County Controller return certified
checks to unsuccessful bidders . Motion carried.
There being no further business before the joint meeting, it was
adjourned.
