BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

Office of the County Commissioners,
Washington, Pa. , Sept. 24, 1930.
Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs.
Johnston and Barnes; Mr. Walker having, notice of meeting, but absent.
Motion by Mr. Barnes, seconded by Mr. Johnston, that County ,,jgontroller
be requested to advertise for bids for printing and furnishing necessary election fnry
forms, papers, cumputing books, affidavits, etc. , etc. , to be put up in 189
boxes to suit the requirements in each of the 3rd class city districts and dis-
tricts in the boroughs and townships in ,Washingto*n County, for use at the General
Election to be held on November 4., 1930. Question called for; "Voting IlAyell
Messrs. Barnes and Johnston. Motion carried,

Controller be requested to advertise for bids for printing and delivering to JJ
office of County Commissioners, approximately 80r,000 official ballots and 16,000
specimen ballots for use at the General Election to be held on November 4., 1930;
requirements, etc. ,' to be seen at office of County Commissioners. question
called for; Voting "Aye" Messrs. Johnston and Barnes. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Board the meeting
was adjourned.
