Board of County Commissioners in regular session, each member having
,
had personal notice of meeting, members present being Messrs. Walker, Johnston

and Barnes.

The following Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Wash&ngton, relative to the issue by the said County of $25,000,00
in temporary loans was presented, duly seconded and unanimously adapted by
said Board, to-wit:- {
W'HEREA3, it has become necessary for said Board to borrow the sum of
$25,000.00 for the purpose of meeting current expenses for the gear 1930 and
for which taxes have been levied but not yet paid into the County Treasury,
now, therefore,
BE IT REBOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of the said County
of Washington, for the purpose of providing funds for the payment of current
expenses, the proper officers of the said County--are hereby authorised and
directed to negotiate temporary loans and issue Notes therefor, payable on de-
mand, with interest from date, said Notes to be negotiated and issued as
follows:-
Washington Trust Company, Washington, Pa., $25,9000,00
