Board of County Commissioners in regular session, each member having had
personal notice of meeting, members present being Messrs. balker, Johnston.
and Barnes.
The following Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of the County
of Washington, relative to the issue by the said County of 25,000.00 in tem-
porary loans was presented, duly seconded and unanimously adopted by said
Board, to-wit:-
WSEREAS, it has become necessary for said Board to borrow the sum of $25,000.00
for the purpose of meeting current expenses for the year 1931 and for which taxes
have bee levied but not yet paid into tje County Treasury, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED tby the Board of County Commissioners of the said County of
Washington., for the purpose of providing funds for the payment of current expense
the proper officers of the said County are hereby authorized to negotiate tem-
porary loans and issue ..Rotes therefor, payable on demand, with interest from
date, said Notes to be negotiated and issued as follows:-
First National Bank, McDonald, Pa. $251,000.00
There being no further business before the Board, it was adjourned..
