Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Johnston,
Walker and Carnes;
The following Resolution was presented, duly seconded and adopted;-
WHEREAS, the section of Highway in East Pike Run Township,, starting at a
point on Boaz Street, thence via High Street, Orchard and Penna Avenue, as
shown by survey made by County Engineer, being about 4100 feet in length, is
in need of improvement and the Supervisors of said' Township have presented
their petition to have 'same improved under the provisions of the Act approved
June 12, 1919, as amended, now, therefore,
BE IT REM LVED, that the County agrees to contribute one-third cost,,
not to exceed $5000 per mi. from current revenues towards the improvement of
said highway, with water bound macadam construction.
There being no further business before the Board, it was adjourned,
