Johnston, , Walker and Barnes, Motion by Mr. Walker, seconded by Mr. Barnes that the following vacancies i be filled in Board of Registrars in the following district of the City of Washington, said appointments to be for unexpired terms ending July 15, 1931; i Mrs. Regina Zelt appointed Registrar for lst ward, lst precinct, to fill va- i eancy caused by death of T. P. Clark; Mrs. Valeria Doal appointed Registrar for 6th Ward, 1st precinct, to till vacancy caused by resignation. of Stella G Lane, resigned. Motion carried. i I July 2, 1931. WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Commissioners of the County of � Washington to accept the provisions of the Act of July 1, 1919, P. L. 893, and l theamendments thereto approved May 27, 1921s, P. L. 1175 and May 22, 1923, P. L. 307, commonly known as the Mothers' Assistance Fund Act, and to make saute effeetive' in said County, and to appropriate from the funds of the County � of Washington for the purpose of carrying said Act into effect a suit of money equal to the amount apportioned to the County of Washington from the appro- priation made bytthe Legislature, under the provisions of the Act approved j June 129, 1931.' #16 A. , AREAS, it has been ascertained by the said County Commissioners that the amount of such apportionment to Washington County, under said Act for the period commencing June 1, 1931, and ending May 31, 1933 is Eighty nine Thousand five hundred seven and 33/100 dollars ($89,507.3.3 ) . j Therefore be it resolved by J. E. Johnston., W. A. narnes, and J. W.
