COMMISSIONERS wall j Office of the County Commissioners, i Washington, Pa. , July ?, 1931. Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Johnston, Walker and Barnes. i The following Resolution was presented, duly seconded and adopted; RESOLVED, That the County contribute one-third of the costs, not to exceed $1000, from current revenues towards the improvement, with reddog, of that section of highway in Buffalo Township, starting at a point in the Rural Valley Road and extending northwardly to the residence of John Snodgrass and known as the Gillan Hill Road, being approximately one mile in length, this action being taken upon petition, as filed, by the Road Supervisors of said Township, under the provisions of the Act of June 12, 19191, P, L. 450, as a- mended by the Act approved March 10, 1921, P.
