Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs.
Johnston, Walker and Barnes;
The following Resolution was presented, duly seconded and adopted;--
RESOLVED, That the County of Washington Contribute one-half the cost,
not to exceed the sum of $1500.00, for the improvement of that section of highway {
situate in Donegal Township, starting at a point near the Dutch Church and ex- j
tending to forks of road on Noah Miller farm, to be of macadam construction, as
per petition presented to Board of County Commissioners by the Supervisors of
the said Township of Donegal.

The following Resolution was presented, duly seconded and adopted;- j
RESOLVED, that the County of Washington contribute the sum of 1000 from
current revenues towards the cost of improving that section of highway in

Buffalo Township, starting at a point near Highland School and extending to forks j
i
of road near the Alex. McCreery farm. being approximately one mile in length,

as per petition presented to the Board of County Commissioners by the Supervisors
fof said Buffalo Township.
