Board of County Commissioners in regular sessions each member having had
personal notice of meeting, members present being Messrs. Walker* Johnston and
Barnes.
The following Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of the County
of Washington, relative to the issue by the said County of $25s000 in temporary
loans was presented, duly seconded and unmously adopted by said Board, to -wit: -
WHEREAS., it has become necessary,for said Board to borrow the sun of $25sOOO
for the purpose of meeting current expenses for the year of 1931 and for which
taxes have been levied but not yet paid into the County Treasury, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of the said County of
Washington, for the purpose of providing fund.9 for the payment of current expenses
the proper officers of the said County are hereby authorized -to negotiate temporary
loans and issue Dotes therefor, payable on demand, with interest from dates said
