BARNES, COMMISSIONERS , November 6 s 1931. I Office of the County Commissioners. Washing ton, Pennsylvania. - I a Commissioners in regular sessions members present being Messrs. Johnston, - i Walker and Barnes. The following Resolution was prosenteds duly seconded and unaaii,m©usly i adopted: SEAS, The County of Washington is in need of funds to meet current � i expenses, and WHEREAS s Information has been furnished this Board that certain moneys of the County of Washingtons duly collected by the County Treasurers have been deposited by him in certain banks or financial institutions that have been closed by the Banking Departments news therefore* BE IT RESOLVED, That John N. O'Neil* County Treasurers and the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Companys sure37 on the Bond of the said County Treasurer* be notified of this situation and that demand be made upon thou to have all sueh moneys paid into the County Treasury under the terms and j � conditions of said Bond, and that a copy of this 'Resolution be forwarded to the said John N. O'Neill County Treasurers and the United States Fidelity & � Guaranty Company* as surety* aforesaid.
