Board of County Commissioners in regular session., each member having had
personal notice of meetings members present being J. E. Johnston, J. W. Talker,
and W, A. Barnes.
The following Resolution of the Bard of County Commissioners of the

County of Waahingtons relative to the issue by the said County of $100,000.00
in temporary loans was presented, duly seconded and unanimously adopted by
said Beards to-wit;
WHEREAS s it has become necessary for said Board to borrow the sun of
$100.,000.00 for the purposes of meeting current expenses for the year 1931
and for which taxes have been levied but not yet fully paid into the County
Treasurys news therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED* by the Board of County Commissioners of said County of
Washington, for the purpose of providing funds for the payment of current
expenses, the proper officers of the said County are hereby authorized to
negotiate temporary loans payable out of"the revenues of the County,-and,
issue Notes the refor s payable August l s 1932s said Notes to be negotiated

and issued as follows:

Four (4) Notes in the sum of 25s000,00 each, payable to Bearers
at the National City Banks City of New Yorks on August 1s 1932,
with interest from date at rate of six (6) per sent per annums
Notes to beam date of November 23, 1931,
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was
