Commissioners in regular sessions members present being Messrs, Johnston*
Walker and Barnes, The following resolution was presented* duly seconded and
unanimously adopted:
WHEREAS, The Treasurer of Washington County, John N, O'Neil., has petitioned
to the Court of Common Pleas in accordance with the Act of Assembly approved
December 31$ 1931$ asking leave of a Judge of the said Court to adjourn a tax
sale for unpaid county taxes for the year 1929,
WHEREAS The consent of the County Commissioners to such add of
tax sale is required by the aforesaid act, noes, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED., That we, the County Commissioners of Washington County:
do hereby agree to the adjournment of the tax sale petitioned for by the said
County Treasurer from Monday.. January 4.. 1932 at 9 A,M, until Nomday, April 4#
1932 at 10:30 A,M,
