After conferring with the representative of the Crossan Construetion Co. , who did not quote a lum p sum price for the work, a motion was entertained for the awarding of the contract, Motion by Mi.' Johhnston, seconded by Mr. I�anglsy, that the contract be awarded to the lowest bidder,,, the Farris Engineering Co. , Pittsburgh, Pa„ and that the checks be returned to the unsuecesstui' biddero' at* once. !
