all bids accompanied by certified check, " required; motion by
Mr. Walker., seconded by Mr. Jobnotons that sontraoi be avarded to JW.-PI49
Bridge. Works, at Its bid 69 47489.00.awd that certified checks accompanying
other bide be returned to bidders, by Controller. Notion oarried.
