Decker; bid from but ono, firm had been received, that of the ftsbell Index aompinys of rittsburah. its bid being, opened and read in piesenoe of County Commissioner* and being as follows:- "Puraishing 39 volumes grantor index books and 30 volumes grantee Index"b+o , on the Russell 1-,m-n-r-t plans, for the priao of $55.00 per volume.
