Motion by Mr. Walker, seconded by Mr. Barnes, that H. Ed McCutshen be I re-elected Superintendent of Court House and grounds and that Louis G. Mosebay 4 be re-elected Assistant Superintendent; that J. H, McCormick be re-elected 7 Engineer in charge of Court Rouse and jail and that J. H. YcMary be re-91*eted Assistant Engineer; elections to be for the ensuing year, Notion mnanimously carried, Motion by Mr. Walker, seconded by Mr. Barnes, that Mrs. Anna B. Bair be j re-elected Matron of the Detention Home and that Mrs Imme, J. Johnson be re-elo* d Assistant Matron, elections to be for the ensuing year. Motion unanimously carried. Motion by Mr, Walker, seconded by Mr. Barnes, that the following women be , re-elected cleaners, or charwomen, in and about the court house, election to be ? i for the ensuing year; Mrs. Reed; Mrs. Jessie Fraikes; Mrs, Imms, Alexander; Mrs. � Netts, Thompson; Bennis Aleaander; Mrs. Anna Nyland; and that Kiss Eva Brooks be re-elected Matron of the Womens' Rest Room for the ensuing year. Motion by Mr. Walke6!, 'Nseconded by Mr. Barnes , that Isaac W, Baum be elected Solicitor for the offices of County Treasurer, Register of Wills and Ex-officio 'Clark of the Orphans' Court, Prothonotary , Recorder of Deeds, Clerk of the Court of Quarter Sessions and Coroner. Motion unanimously carried. There being no further business before the Beard, it was adjourned. -0 The SALARY BOARD having to do with salaries of county employees in and about the court house met in the office of the County Commis- sioners on Friday, January 11 , 1924, at 2:40 P. M, , following members being present; County Commissioners Johnston, Walker and Barnes, County Controller Underwood. Motion by Mr. Walker, seconded by Mr. Barnes, that the salaries of the following employees, duly appointed by County Commissioners on January 9 ,, 1924, be fixed for the ensuing year, as indicated, to-wit; H. 2. McCutchen, Superintendent, $150 per month; Louis G, Mosebay, Assistant Superintendent * $130 per month; J, H, McCormick, Engineer, $160 per month; J. H. McNary, Assistant Engineer, $135 per month; A.B., Malcolm, Night Watchman, $100 per month; Iva Brookes Matron of rest room, $50 per month; women employed as cleaners about court house, to-wit; Mrs. Reed, $50 per month; Mrs Jessie Fraikes, $50 per month; Mrs. Emma Alexander, $60 per month; Mrs. Yetta Thompson, $60 per month; Donnas Alexander, $50 per month; Mrs. Anna, Wyland, $50 per month. Amendment to motion offered by Mr. Underwood* , seconded by Mr. Barnes' , that the salaries of the first five ( 5) indicated in above schedule be subject ter a Vie* vision of the Court , said decision -now pending. Amendment carried. Motion as amended duly presented, seconded and unanimously carried.
