Pennsylvania, that they deem it expedient to improve, under the provioieas
of the Act of Assembly of .said Commonwealth, approved May, llp 1911, tbo
following described section of one of the main roads or highways within said
County, to-wit:
A section-of the road known as the Bealloville-Zollaroville
road. section 5, leading from Bealleville to Zollarevilles beginning4t the
southern and of the County concrete road near Thomps.on's Kill and extending
in a southwesterly direction a distance of 9400 feet, more or lose, to the
West Bethlehem Township line, in the Borough of Deemston.
That an application for the approval of such ixprovoa*At,',U
presented to the court of 4uarter Sessions of said County and that upft

in temporary loans was presented, duly seconded and .unanimously adopted by said
