Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs .
Johnston and Barnes ; , Mr. Walker having notice of meeting, but absent.
Ykotion by Mr. Barnes , seconded by Mr. Johnston, that the following.
persons be named as assistants
to the County Rommistioners as the Return
Board to compute the votes cast at the primary election of September 15t 1942,
the said board to convene at noon on Friday, September 18, 1925, and proceed
with the computation, etc. ;--Miss Virginia Sprowls , Mrs . Grace McCarl,
Miss Eva Johnston, D. H. Goodwin, Joseph L. Myers , Fred R. Reynolds, W. D.
Brightwell and Jbmes Jones .
Question called for; voting "Aye" Mess*rs . Barnes and Johnston. Motion
carried.

Motion by Mr. Barnes , seconded by Mr. Johnston, that the County
Controller be requested to advertise for the printing and delivery of approx-
imately 75,000 official ballots and 15,000 specimen ballots for use at the
Municipal Election of 11ovember 3, 1925; specifications for said ballots to
be seen at office of County Commissioners .
Question called for; voting "Aye" Messrs. Barnes and Johnston.
