Messrs. Johnston, Walker and Barnes :
The following resolution was duly presented and unanimously
adopted;
TEEREAS , West Virginia authorities have arranged for the improve-
ment of the William Penn Highway to the state and county line, and �
VMREAS, the only unimproved section of this important highway,
also known as Mate Highway Route 7"257, is that section crossing the i
northern end of this county; now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED: (1 That this Board shall recommend its improvement
at the earliest possible date, and (2 That the State Department of Highways
shall be requested to construct this highway as a Primary Route and pay .,
for the same out of funds made available by the last $30,000,000 bond
issue.
