County Commissioners in regular session, members present
being Messrs. Johnston, Walker and lkrnes *,
The following Resolution was duly presented, seconded and
unanimously adopted:--
Resolved: That the County Commissioners of Washington County
hereby appropriate and make available the sum of $3500 to be expended in
co-operative work with the bureau of Animal Industry, Pennsylvania Department
of Agriculture for the prevention, control and suppression of bovine
tuberculosis in said County; said sum of money to be used for partial
payment of expenses that may be incurred in the operation of the Modified
Ac-predited Area 41an in said County, as provided by the Act of April 18,
1923- P. L. 73, and expended under the direction of said Bureau of Ani-
mal Industry.

4, Motion by Mr-Talker, seconded by Mr. Barnes, that the County
Treasurer be direXted to transfer, with the approval of the County
Controller, the sum of Twenty-five, Thousand ($25,000.00) Dollars from
the Road Fund of the County, of Washington to the General Yund of the said
County for the purpose of meeting current expenses of the County. Notion
uppaimously carried.
