Commissioners in regular session, members present being lessts.
Johnston and Barnes ; Mr. Walker having notice of meeting, but absent.
Motion by Mr. Barnes, seconded by Mr. Johnston, that the, liotion
of 14ovember 9, 1926, requesting County Controller to advertise for -bids for
Coupe type of automobile, as per specifications set forth therein, be re-
scinded and that the County Controller now be requested to advertise for
bids for an automobile, known as Chevrolet Coupe, standard- make and equip-
ment, for use in the transaction of business of the office of J'herilff.
question called for, voting "Aye" Messrs. Barnes and Johnston. emotion
carried.

Joint meeting of County Commissioners , County Controllers and
County Engineers of the counties of Westmoreland and Washington, held in
Pittsburgh, Pa. , on Tuesday, December 21, 1926, members present being,
County CommissiGners Torrence, Kilgore and hibbs of Westmoreland County,
County Controller, W Arter of Westmoreland County; and County Commissioners
Johnston and Barnes and County Engineer Geo. S. Chaney of Washington County,
the meeting being called for the purpose of approving work and the bill
for repairs to the Donora-Webster inter-county bridge over the -Monongahela
river.
Motion by Mr. Torrence , seconded by Mr. Johnston, that the bill for
repairs on said bridge presented by the Farris Engineering Company in charge
of said work, be approved for payment, subject to such errors as might ap-
pear therein.
Motion unanimously carried.
There being noifurther business before the joint meeting, it was
adjourned.
