S T A T E M E N T
We , the undersigned, being the principal officers of the County of
Washington, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, desiring and deeming it necessary
that the bonded indebtedness of the said County of Washington, which ii!A
pal corporation existing by and under the laws of the C;omihanwealth of "Penn-
sylvania, be ipereased in the amount of One Hundred Seventy-five Thousand
($175,000) Dollars for the' purpose of providing funds for permanently iroving,
.repairing and maintaining certain public roads and highways in the County of
Washington, Pa. , as provided by Acts of Assembly of May 11, 1911, P. L. 244,
and May. 31, 1911, P. L. 468, and the amendments thereof and supplements thereto,
by the issuing and selling bonds of the said County of Washington, make the
following Statement under oath, in compliance with the Act of Assembly of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania- approved April 20, 1874, P. L. 65, and the
amendments thereof and supplements thereto;
