Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs .
Johnston, Walker and Barnes.
Motion by Mr. Walker, seconded by Mr. Johnston, that contract for
construction of concrete walk on Charleroi Arch, or Bridge, be awarded to
Petrielle Brothers , of Brownsville, Pa. , at their bid of $6o19-76, this
being the lowest and best bid received and opened at joint meeting of
County Controller and County Commissioners on June 10, 1926. Lotion carried.
There being no further business , the meeting was adjourned.

The Salary Board having to do with salaries in the office of the
County Controller met in the office of the County Commissioners on Tuesday,
September 14, 1926; members present, County Controller Underwood, County
Commissioners Johnston, Walker and -Barnes ; Motion by 1&r. Underwood, seconded
by Mr. Walker: that resignation of Robert Taylor, Clerk in the office of- the
County Controller, be accepted and that Paul Porter be appointed to the place,
at salary of 4150 peTr�wnth, beginning with September 15, 1926. Motion
carried. There being no further business before �Lng, it was adjourned
