Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs.
Walker and Barnes, Mr. Johnston having notice of meeting, but absent.
Joint meeting of County Commissioners and County Controller, at 11:15
A. M., to open bids for delivery of ballots and supplies to proper election
officers for use at Municipal Election of November 8, 1927; present for
County Commissioners, Messrs. Walker and Barnes; County Controller Underwood
present; bid received from but one person, Mr. Mark Knestrick, bid being ac-
companied by certified check, as required, and opened and read in presence
of County Commissioners, said bid being as follows;-

Motion by Mr. Walker, seconded by Mr. Barnes, that contract for de-
livery of ballots and supplies beawanled to Mark Knestrick, at his bid of
$410.00. Motion carried.

Motion by Mr. Barnes, seconded by Mr. Johnston, that County Controller
be requested to -advertise for bids for furnishing, delivering and placing
in position on floor of th6,1-offiee of Prothonotary, in the Cdurt Houses approx-
imately 140 square yards of Armstrong Llnoleum,.Grade "A", to be glued to
floor, with one and one-half pound grade "All deadening paper, pappern to be
selected from samples to be submitted and linoleum to be placed on f1bor
at the convenience of the Prothonotary.
