Motion by Mr. Walker, seconded by Mr. Barnes , that the County Con-
troller be requested to advertise for bids for the delivery of ballots
and supplies to proper election officers in each voting precinct of the
County, for use at the Primary Election of September 20, 1927-
Motion 'carried.

Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs.
Walker,- Johnston and Barnes.
The following Resolution was presented,duly seconded and adopted;-
WHEREAS, the Supervisors of North Franklin Township, Washington
County, have presented a petitfion to this Board, representing that a
section of highway in said Township, being about 5708 feet in length and
situated as follows : N. Franklin Township and connecting Route No. 109
and National Pike, is in need of improvement and asking aid for same under
provisions of Act of March 10, 1921, now,
BE IT RESOLVED) that the Commissioners of Washington County, agree
on behalf of said County to contribute $5000 from current revenues towards
the improvement of said highway, in accordance with the provisions of the
Act of Assembly mentioned.
