Tho- 'following Resolution was duly presented, secobded
and edopfed:-
WITMEAS,, the Borough of Twilight , through its duly
consti-*uted officials, is desirous of improving that sec-

within the borders of the Borough and has asked for
County aid in the matter of its construVion, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED; That the county of 'Washington hereby
agrees to join the said Borough of Twilight in the con-
struation of said highway within the Borough. of Twilight,
on the basis cC a, 50-50 division of +he cost thereof,
it being understood that the said roadway is to be of
concrete construction, sixteen (16) feet in width and
to be fully completed during the fall season of the
year 1928.
