Commissioners in regular session, members present
being Lessrs. Johnston, Walker and Barnes.
The following Resolution was duly presented, seconded
and adopted;--
WMEPMAS, the Borough of Spears, through its duly con-
stituted officials, 1 A deqirout of improving that section
or pa r t of *h e Speer n Road that lies wi +hin the
borders of +he Borough, and has asked for County Aid in
+he matter of its construction, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED$ That the County of Washington heresy
agrees to join the said Borvugh of Spears in the con-
struction of +he ssid highway within the Borough oi
Spears, on the basis of a 70-50 division ot*he cost,
thereof, it 0eing understood Qiat the said roadway is
to be of concrete Q,;nstructikon, sixteen (16) feet in
wid+h and to be fully completed during the fall season
of the year 1928.
