open bids for printing and delivering to office of County

Derrick Publishing Co., 1275.00
Motion r)y Kr. Walker, seconded by kr. Barnes,
that bid of Ward Printing Company oe accepted and con-
tract awarded to said dompany and that the County Cong
troller return certi Tied check to unsuccessful bidder.
Motion carried. There being no fuether business
before the joint meeting, it was adjourned.
