Commissioners in regular session, members present
being Messrs. Johnston, Walker and Bernes;
14Dtion by irr. Walker, seconded by Mr. Barnes, that
County Controller be requested to ddvertise for bids for
printing, binding and delivering 88 assessment books,
of approximately 8500 folio pages, and 88 field books,
of approximately 8000 folio pages, for use in making the
tri-ennial assessment for 1928; specifications to be
seen at office of County Commissioners,
Motion carried.

The following Resolution was present duly qec�nded and adopted;
WHEREAS, the Supervisors of North Franklin township, lWashington
County, have preented a petition to this Bovrd, representing that
a section of highway in said Township, being, about 5708 feet in
length and situated as follows; N.Frankli Township and connecting
Route No. 109 and National Pike, is in newof improvement and ask-
ing aid for same under provisions of Act of March 2* 10, 1921, now,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Commissioners of 'Washington County,
agree on behalfof said County to contribute $5000 from current
revenues towards the improvement of said highway, in acebrdance
with theprovisions of the Act of Assembly mentioned.
