Probation Officers' Washington County, Penn&.,
Salary Juvenile Department.

.And now, January 1, 1917, it is order that the salaries of
the Probation Officers of the Juvenile Court from this date
until further order of thb Court be as follows, to wit;
Mine ElizabethcChristman, Chief Probation Offioerp, '
$66.00 per month
Mrs. Mae B. Raker, Asstt Probation Officer,-
$55.00 per month.

And now, January 29, 1917, Frank B. Wickerhsm, Sheriff of
Washington County, having presented his petition to the Com.
missioners of the said county, setting fortm the great in.
crease in the cost of supplies used in bearding prisoners
and praying for an increase in his allowance for boarding
prisoners to thirty-five cents per day for each prisoner,
upon due cond.ideration thereof and- being' satisfied that the
fecteset forth in the said petition are true; therefore. be

Resolved, by the Commissioners of Washington county,
Pennsylvania, that, during the continuance of the present
high prices of the said supplies and fintil the further act.
ion of said Cownissioners, the allowance to the said
Sheriff for bearding prisoners shall be, and the sacie is
hereby fixed at, the sum of thirty cents per day for each
prisoner; and that the court of quarter sessions of the said
county be and is hereby requested to approve the same.
